Warsash has a good mix of family houses, bungalows, estates and tucked-away garages, so no two clearances look quite the same. Some homes need a full emptying before sale, others just need a careful sort-out of stored items in a loft, shed or spare room.
We work with homeowners, families, landlords and letting agents who need a property turned around properly and on time. If you are getting ready for a sale, renovation, downsizing move or house handover, we can clear the contents and leave the space ready for the next stage.
In Warsash, access can be straightforward one day and slightly tighter the next, especially where parking is limited or belongings are spread across more than one storage area. We plan around that, so whether it is a ground-floor bungalow or a larger home with an attic and garage, the job is handled with care and a sensible pace.
We are based in Fareham, so Warsash is an easy run for us at around 20 minutes and 6.2 miles from base. That makes it simple to arrange a visit without dragging the process out.

When we come across usable furniture, bric-a-brac or household items, we look for the best onward route rather than treating everything as waste. That can mean a charity shop, a furniture shop or another reuse option where the item still has value.
Anything that is no longer suitable for reuse is separated so recyclable materials are handled properly. For items that need licensed disposal, we can take them to Segensworth Household Waste Recycling Centre in Fareham, which is the local facility supplied for this area.
House clearances often include a bit of everything: old furniture, paperwork, broken appliances, loft contents and things left in cupboards or garden storage. We sort as we go, so useful items are directed onward and the rest is dealt with responsibly.
If you want a house clearance in Warsash that feels organised and respectful, we are a good fit. We focus on making the process easier for you while keeping the property moving towards sale, letting, renovation or handover.
Pick up the phone - we are ready when you are.
We help people at all stages of a property move or change. Sometimes that means a family needing help after a bereavement or a move into care. Other times it is a homeowner who wants a fresh start before selling, or a landlord who needs a flat cleared between tenancies.
We also work with executors, letting agents and property managers who need a reliable clearance carried out without delays. If there are a few items to keep, a few to donate and a lot to remove, we can sort through it with you and keep the process manageable.
1.
Tell us what needs clearing, whether it is a whole house or just certain rooms, and share any photos if you have them.
2.
We price the job based on what is there, how much needs removing and any access points such as lofts, garages or garden storage.
3.
Once you are happy to go ahead, we book the clearance at a time that suits your schedule and the property’s next step.
4.
We remove the agreed items, separate reusable goods where possible and deal carefully with the remaining contents.
5.
You are left with a clearer, easier-to-manage space that is ready for sale, letting, renovation or final handover.

Local knowledge
Warsash sits at the mouth of the River Hamble, west of Locks Heath and south of Sarisbury, with 7,183 people in its ward at the 2011 census. It is the furthest west of the areas we cover from Fareham.
It is a boating village first and foremost, and the waterfront shapes the work. Properties along the river and the approaches to the moorings can involve narrow lanes, limited turning space and parking that is some way from the door — so a clearance often means a carry, and it is better to plan for that than discover it with a van full of furniture.
The village formed from several hamlets — Warsash, Hook, Newtown and Chilling — merging into one, which is why the street pattern is less regular than it looks on a map. A description of where the property actually sits is often more useful to us than a postcode.
There is a long maritime tradition here: George Parsons established a shipyard in 1807 that built Royal Navy vessels, and the Warsash Maritime Academy still trains Merchant Navy officers. Alongside household clearances we see a fair amount of boat-related and workshop clutter, which is worth flagging as it can need different handling.
At 6.2 miles and roughly 20 minutes from our base, the onward route is worked out before the van is loaded rather than after. Anything still usable is kept separate as we go, and only what is genuinely finished with goes to a household recycling centre.

We cannot promise any particular shop will accept a given item — that is always their call on the day — but sorting for reuse first is how we keep as much as possible out of the skip.
